Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

All sales are considered final once dispatched.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

To report an issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in your claim being declined.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

  • The item is faulty or defective

  • The item was damaged in transit

  • You received the wrong product

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect item chosen by the customer

  • Items that have been opened or used (unless faulty)


Refund Process

If your claim is approved:

  • A replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion

  • Refunds will be returned to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

We may not require the item to be returned before issuing a resolution.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used intimate products

  • Personal care items

  • Any product not in its original condition


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.
