Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or other external factors once your order has been dispatched.


UK Delivery

We use discreet, tracked delivery services via Evri and courier partners.

Standard Delivery (Evri)

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–3 working days

  • Tracked delivery service

Delivery times may take longer for remote areas such as Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and offshore locations.


International Delivery

We ship internationally with the following estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 3–10 working days

  • Rest of World: 7–10 working days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents or our branding, ensuring your privacy at all times.


Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Delivery Delays

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from delivery delays.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees to resend the order.


Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will assist where possible.

We are not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
