We fulfil orders through third‑party suppliers and couriers (such as Evri). Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, weather, or events outside our control.

7. Returns, Refunds & Faulty Goods

Our Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms. Please review it before placing an order.

8. Age‑Restricted Products

You warrant that any products purchased are for your own personal use and you will not sell or distribute adult products to anyone under 18.
